During my recent stay in Monterrey, I appreciated the blend of modern comforts and traditional elements in the hotel. Located in the vibrant Barrio Antiguo district, it offers proximity to iconic landmarks like the Government Palace. The spacious room was a welcoming retreat, albeit marred by the lackluster cleanliness. Despite friendly staff, the check-in process was notably delayed, leading to unwarranted inconveniences.The breakfast selection was a highlight, with an array of fresh fruit, catering to different preferences. However, the occasional shortage of coffee was a shortcoming. The surrounding area boasts a variety of dining options, complementing the hotel's convenience. While the outdated hallways and room maintenance were evident, the overall experience was satisfactory for a brief stay.For a balance of heritage and modernity in Monterrey, this hotel provides a decent option, though improvements in cleanliness and efficiency are warranted.
